Built for agencies. Priced like it.
Prezly is a well-made PR platform, and for some teams it's the right choice. This page is for independent agencies deciding between the two — with the numbers, the contract terms, and the places where we're not the better fit.
Who this page is for
Solo practitioners, fractional PR leads, and small agencies who manage several clients and pay for their own tools. If you're a brand's in-house comms team with one newsroom to run, Prezly's Brands tiers may serve you well; this comparison uses Prezly's Agencies pricing because that's the product an agency is steered toward.
How to read this table
Every row cites a source and a date. 'Not verified' means we couldn't confirm it from the competitor's published material and won't guess. Pitcher's own prices and limits are pulled from the same file that runs our billing, so what you see here is what you'd pay.

Where Prezly is the better fit
Prezly is a newsroom-and-distribution platform first: hosted press sites, multilingual stories, media galleries. If publishing a branded newsroom is the core of your work, that's their strength and not ours. Pitcher is a media-relations workspace — contacts, pitching, coverage, and reporting for the people doing the outreach.
What you're actually choosing
Two contract postures. One raises list prices for existing customers on notice, resolves disputes in Belgium, and retains your data for thirty days after you leave. The other locks your price for as long as you subscribe, answers to Virginia law, and lets you export your data on any Pro or Enterprise plan. Both are legitimate ways to run a company. We wrote ours down so you can hold us to it.
No credit card. List price is the price.
